Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to destinations currently available at checkout. A destination must be available at checkout before we can accept an order there. Free shipping does not mean that import duties or local taxes outside the amounts collected at checkout are included. Any such charges remain subject to destination rules and any disclosures at checkout.

Printed especially for you

Our standard catalogue tees are printed after you order. We use Gelato and its production and logistics partners to fulfil orders. The production location may vary by product, availability and destination. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels at no additional standard shipping cost.

Production and delivery times

Check the product page and checkout for the estimate applicable to your destination. Production time is separate from transit time. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; weekends, holidays, customs, production issues or carrier disruption can affect delivery. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract being concluded. Contact us if your order is overdue; your mandatory consumer remedies remain available.

Tracking and delivery issues

We email dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us immediately if it needs correcting; changes may no longer be possible after processing begins. For a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, contact wearepopculture.club@gmail.com with your order number. We remain your point of contact for fulfilment problems, including when a production partner or carrier is involved.
