Terms & conditions of sale

1. Seller

We Are Pop Culture, available at wearepopculture.club, is operated by SNR Society OÜ, an Estonian company with share capital of €1, registered under number 17333898. Registered office: Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: wearepopculture.club@gmail.com. This address is not a return address; request return instructions before sending goods.

2. Products & orders

We sell printed t-shirts and the products described in our catalogue. Standard designs are printed especially for you after ordering through Gelato and its partners. Selecting a standard size, colour or catalogue design is not bespoke personalisation. Product descriptions, size guides and options form part of the offer. Visuals illustrate the product; screen colour and fabric drape can vary without affecting your statutory conformity rights.

Review your selected products, quantities, delivery address, currency and total before confirming payment. An order is accepted when we send its acceptance confirmation. We will contact you about any availability issue or obvious pricing error before accepting an affected order; if payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded. Orders may be placed without creating an account.

3. Prices, bundles & payment

The selected market determines the displayed currency and prices. The final amount, applicable taxes collected by us and any other disclosed charges are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping is free for every available checkout destination, without minimum spend. Any import duties or local charges not collected at checkout remain subject to destination rules.

Eligible two- and three-tee offers apply automatically according to the market, eligible products and quantity in your cart. The most advantageous eligible non-combinable bundle discount applies; offers do not stack unless expressly stated. A larger quantity is not a separate advertised bundle unless specified. Promotional codes are subject to their stated eligibility and combination rules. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Prices can change for future orders; confirmed orders retain their agreed prices.

4. Production & delivery

Production and transit times are distinct. Refer to the product page, checkout and our shipping policy for delivery information. Production locations and carriers can vary, and orders may arrive in separate parcels without extra standard shipping charges. Unless a different period is agreed, delivery takes place within 30 days of the contract being concluded. If delivery is overdue, contact us so we can resolve it. Your statutory cancellation and refund remedies remain available.

5. Withdrawal, returns & cancellations

Standard catalogue tees may be returned by notifying us within 14 calendar days after delivery; for separately delivered goods, the period starts on receipt of the last item. Printing a standard design on demand does not remove that right. Only genuinely personalised goods made to individual specifications may fall within the statutory exception. Pre-order status alone is not a personalisation exception.

See our returns policy for the procedure, optional withdrawal form and refunds. Return postage for a change of mind is your responsibility; necessary return costs for a confirmed defect or fulfilment error are ours. We refund within 14 days of withdrawal notification, and may withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or evidence of return, whichever is first. Contact us quickly about changes before production begins; inability to cancel production does not remove applicable withdrawal rights.

6. Legal guarantees

Mandatory consumer guarantees remain fully applicable. EU consumers benefit from the applicable legal conformity guarantee, normally at least two years from delivery. Consumers in France retain the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects under the French Consumer Code and Civil Code. Where the legal conditions are met, remedies include repair or replacement without charge, and a price reduction or cancellation when the primary remedies are unavailable or inadequate. Your rights in your country of residence are not restricted by these terms. The 14-day return period is separate from defect claims. No additional commercial two-year warranty is offered by these terms.

7. Website use & intellectual property

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order details. Our original content and designs are protected by applicable intellectual property law. References to artists or pop culture do not imply endorsement or affiliation; third-party rights remain with their owners.

8. Personal data

We process personal data to operate the store, fulfil orders and meet legal obligations. See our privacy policy for providers, legal bases, retention and your rights.

9. Complaints & applicable law

Send complaints to wearepopculture.club@gmail.com with your order number. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence or applicable jurisdiction rules. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the relevant consumer authority or, where applicable, your European Consumer Centre for guidance on available dispute-resolution routes. Nothing in these terms prevents access to a competent court or an applicable mediation procedure.

10. Changes

Updated terms apply to future orders. If one clause is unenforceable, the other clauses remain applicable to the extent permitted by law.
